V2Chat is convenient to use: when purchasing the Service, you define the look&feel of your web call button, as well as your connection settings.
Once you've activated V2Chat, you can change its basic and advanced settings any time - either via e-mail (V2Chat Lite and V2Chat Standard) or via Web-Constructor and Design Studio (may be rendered within V2Chat Enterprise).

You don't need special software for launching V2Chat. The only requirement is an up-to-date version of the following web browsers running Flash Player 10.3 or higher:
Script execution, cookies, and display of images and animation should be enabled.
You can always change settings of your Service via sending us an e-mail. Change your call settings, select button themes, define call forwarding numbers, and set your own corporate working hours.
Our special V2Chat Enterprise subscription gives you even more freedom. In fact, with it you can configure nearly everything - directly and on your own. You can specify your button size, change images for your button skins and types, insert additional text, etc.
